Meet The Team

In 2012 Jane was a senior partner in a company formed to place Filipino nurses and care professionals, in the NHS (National Health Services) as well as private medical companies, in the UK.

Subsequent changes to UK policy made this no longer possible, so Jane then successfully applied for a very satisfying job caring for young adults with Autism and other learning difficulties.

The recruitment process was totally different to that she had seen in the Philippines and to her surprise was able to secure extensive training to make up for a lack in job experience.

After 5 years Jane and her husband decided to return to the Philippines to make another attempt to start “that recruitment company” bringing some of the relaxed views on age, height, education etc. combined with the philosophy good people are good people and common sense is priceless.

Jaime is a classically trained draughtsman, qualified with an HND in mechanical engineering and a history of sales and manufacturing, selling technical Stainless-Steel products and raw materials to the oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, nuclear and food industry for 25 years.

He had worked and lived in over 40 countries, with job titles ranging from Sales Manager Asia region to MD and CEO, successfully starting companies in England, Poland, USA and both the Philippines and Singapore taking new products to new markets.

He has very strong personal insights of many businesses from the inside which made him understand more the business perspective in hiring the right candidates.

Ryan is the newest member of the JTRS family, but the most senior, bring to the company lots of experience.

Iyya has been with the company since day one and has seen many thousands of candidates pass through her department from aspiring candidate to fully employed.

Jenny has been the company for over 4 years and worked originally in our San Pablo Office and then when we opened our Lipa Branch she volunteered to work there. Now the Lipa branch is, virtual, she has returned to SPC and is still a valuable part of the team.

Kriz has been with the company for over 4 years and has been responsible for securing and keeping our customers happy
